  • Movement Training
Movement training is all about working the body at angles, in all three planes of motion and as a single unit. No matter what a clients goals are it is vital to teach the body to work as a chain. With the supervision of a trained professional a client can dramatically improve their posture, core strength, co-ordination, body symmetry, stamina and power output! For more information on how you can improve with movement training contact us now!
    Small Group
Our small group training of 2-5 people is specific, creative and always progressing you to the next level of your fitness and wellbeing. Sessions involve core and movement training, balance, stability and postural improvement. If you lack motivation or have been doing the same gym program for more than 8 weeks this is a great option for rapidly taking your fitness to a higher level. Pricing is not much more than a gym membership per week, so get in quickly while bookings are available!
    Rehabilitation
We have a specialist program for clients who need post injury/surgery rehabilitation or suffer from back pain, muscle and joint issues. Our in house Osteopath and selected trainer will work closely to achieve optimal recovery and greater function through the whole body. If you are already seeing a practitioner we will communicate thoroughly with them to achieve the best possible outcome.
    Foam Roller
The foam roller is a fantastic piece of equipment to release tight muscles and improve flexibility and posture. We recommend clients to use a roller regularly for postural maintenance and improvement. While there is a place for basic stretching, correct use of a roller can release restricted muscles, allowing for greater muscle activation and improved stretching range.
    TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension training is a great body weight tool to improve all forms of fitness and conditioning. For best results, training should be done in small groups or one on one sessions for correct form and effective progression. Training is easily regressed or progressed for each individual whether you are just getting back into fitness, or a seasoned athlete.
